We kennen onze bewoners persoonlijk en nemen de tijd voor een praatje, een gezamenlijke maaltijd of een moment van echte verbinding. Voor ons betrokken team zijn wij op zoek naar een gediplomeerd Verzorgende IG voor gemiddeld 18 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van persoonlijke en professionele zorg aan onze bewoners. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse verzorging (ADL) - Het verstrekken en toedienen van medicatie - Het observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners - Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen binnen jouw bevoegdheden - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van bewoners in hun dagelijks leven - Het bijdragen aan een prettige, veilige en huiselijke woonomgeving Binnen Fidesta Vliethuus krijg je de ruimte om écht tijd en aandacht te geven aan bewoners.
