Voor ons team in Hof van Alkemade in Roelofarendsveen zijn wij op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG. 'Het Hof' is een mooie, kleine locatie waar de huiskamers bestaan uit 6 bewoners. Het team is enorm betrokken en daarom zijn we ook op zoek naar een echte teamplayer! Als Verzorgende IG doe jij er alles aan om de bewoner goed te leren kennen en unieke zorg te bieden. Je weet precies welke ondersteuning op welk moment nodig is en houdt daarbij altijd de wensen en behoeften van de bewoner in de gaten. Samen met je collega's begeleid en ondersteun je de bewoners, zodat zij optimaal kunnen genieten van hun dag. Bij ActiVite krijg je de ruimte om je te richten op wat echt belangrijk is. Door niet-zorgtaken te verplaatsen en jouw regelruimte te vergroten, kun jij je volledig concentreren op de kern van de zorg. Dit bereik je door in overleg met de bewoner en familie of mantelzorgers een zorgplan op te stellen en dit actueel te houden. Je bent actief betrokken bij de verzorging en begeleiding, met oog voor de bewoner en het stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid. Daarnaast voer je voorbehouden handelingen uit en toon je lef en initiatief waar nodig. Wat wij jou bieden Bij ActiVite krijg je goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao VVT. Je krijgt een passend salaris, vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en bouwt pensioen op via PFZW. De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40. Je salaris is minimaal € 2.981,98 en maximaal € 3.864,43 bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur). We bieden een contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
