Bij Ymedam zoeken we een betrokken Verzorgende IG die begrijpt hoe waardevol goede zorg is. Jij bent het kloppend hart voor onze bewoners en zorgt ervoor dat zij elke dag de aandacht en zorg krijgen die ze verdienen. Wat ga je doen? Zorg draait om mensen. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat onze bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en begrepen voelen. Op Ymedam wonen ouderen met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag. Door dementie verandert er veel in het leven van bewoners. Juist daarom zijn jouw rust, aandacht en professionele kennis zo belangrijk. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat iemand nodig heeft aan zorg, maar vooral naar wie iemand is. Wat vindt iemand prettig? Wat geeft vertrouwen? En hoe kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat een bewoner zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie houdt? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse zorg van onze bewoners. Dit doe je op basis van het zorgleefplan, dat je samen met collega's, familieleden en vrijwilligers opstelt en opvolgt. Regelmatig overleg met je team en de familie van de bewoners zorgt ervoor dat iedereen altijd in goede handen is. Wie zijn wij? Als Noorderbreedte bieden we voornamelijk complexe ouderenzorg. Dat doen we vanuit vijftien woonzorgcentra en een revalidatiecentrum in Fryslân. Samen met 2.800 medewerkers, 1.500 vrijwilligers, vrienden en naasten van onze bewoners doen we er alles aan om van elke dag een waardevolle dag te maken. Dat wil zeggen dat we naast kwalitatief goede zorg ook oog hebben voor kwaliteit van leven. Ymedam, Leeuwarden Ymedam is gevestigd in de wijk Bilgaard aan de rand van Leeuwarden. Ymedam maakt het verschil in de ouderenzorg door de bewoners een veilig en prettige woonomgeving te bieden.
