Op de PG-afdeling van Florisberg in Muiderberg werk je in een professioneel… Wat ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG op de PG-afdeling van Florisberg in Muiderberg begeleid en verzorg je bewoners met dementie. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse zorg, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en houdt goed in de gaten hoe het met bewoners gaat. Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag en stemt hierover af met collega's, behandelaren en familie. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team waarin samenwerken voorop staat. Collega's zoeken elkaar actief op, delen kennis en springen voor elkaar bij wanneer dat nodig is. Dat maakt Florisberg een goede plek voor een Verzorgende IG die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijk onderdeel wil zijn van een sterk team. Er is aandacht voor de kwaliteit van zorg, voor bewoners en voor elkaar. De PG-zorg vraagt om geduld, creativiteit en goed kunnen kijken naar wat er achter gedrag zit. Je krijgt de ruimte om echt een band met bewoners op te bouwen en jouw kennis van dementiezorg in te zetten. Jouw observaties en ideeën tellen mee in de keuzes die het team maakt. Bij een contract vanaf 28 uur is het mogelijk om 8-uursdiensten te draaien. Amaris Florisberg is mooie frisse woonlocatie waar ouderen met somatische klachten en ouderen met dementie (PG) wonen. Op onze PG-afdeling wonen 18 bewoners, verdeeld over twee groepen van 9. In deze kleinschalige woonvorm creëren we een veilige, prettige leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Daarnaast hebben we een somatische afdeling met 19 cliënten verspreidt over drie woonlagen. En een kleinschalige woonafdeling met 8 bewoners op de begane grond.
