Waar je komt te werken Werk je in Nicolaas Flexpool, dan begeleid en ondersteun je samen met je collega's de bewoners van deze locatie. Bij Omring streven we ernaar dat de bewoners zo veel mogelijk 'wonen zoals thuis'. We houden rekening met de dagelijkse routine die de individuele bewoners gewend zijn. We verdiepen ons in wat de individuele bewoners belangrijk vinden. We bieden een warme en vertrouwde omgeving, maar dan met zorg, begeleiding en behandeling. Daarbij vinden we het belangrijk dat mensen zo veel mogelijk zichzelf kunnen zijn en zoeken we altijd naar wat mensen nog zelf kunnen en willen. Wat je gaat doen Als Verzorgende IG heb je hart, oog en oor voor de bewoners. Zo kom je van elke bewoner precies te weten welke ondersteuning er op welk moment nodig is. Je staat naast de bewoners, hun vrienden en familie en natuurlijk heb je regelmatig contact met je collega's. Snel kunnen schakelen is je tweede natuur. Je schakelt tussen de bewoners en je collega's, tussen de bewoner en zijn of haar naasten én tussen het ziektebeeld en de individuele hulpvraag. Daarbij heb je altijd op je netvlies dat je cliënten zo veel mogelijk zelf de regie houden, zelf verantwoordelijk zijn en zelf hun beslissingen nemen.
