Als Verzorgende IG in de wijkverpleging in Hattem en Heerde voer je uiteenlopende verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondzorg, het toedienen van medicatie en het begeleiden van cliënten met chronische aandoeningen. Onze zorg is gericht op de mogelijkheden van de cliënt, waarbij we oog hebben voor de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënt. Tijdens de werkzaamheden stimuleren wij de zelfredzaamheid en versterken de eigen kracht van de cliënt. We vinden het belangrijk dat onze cliënten zo lang mogelijk hun zelfstandigheid behouden. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in het team van de wijkverpleging Hattem en Heerde. Ons team bestaat uit collega VIG-ers en (wijk)verpleegkundigen. Je werkt zelfstandig op je route rondom de aanleunwoningen. We hebben binnen ons team korte lijnen en als het nodig is kun je terugvallen op een ervaren collega. Wij zijn een stabiel team en staan voor elkaar klaar! De diensten in Hattem zijn van 7.00 tot 15.00 uur en van 16.30 tot 23.00 uur. Daarnaast wordt er in Hattem in de middag gewerkt met bereikbaarheidsdiensten. In Heerde zijn de routes van 7.00 tot 14.00 uur en van 17:00 tot 23.00 uur. - je beschikt over een diploma Verzorgende IG; - je hebt ervaring in de (thuis)zorg en affiniteit met ouderenzorg; - je bent flexibel inzetbaar; - je bent in bezit van rijbewijs B en hebt een auto tot je beschikking.
