Jouw rol als Verzorgende IG in Rotterdam Als Eerst Verantwoordelijk Verzorgende (EVV'er) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de zorg voor een groep bewoners en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de zorg. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van zorgprofessionals om ervoor te zorgen dat de bewoners de beste zorg krijgen. Verder: - Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun familieleden en onderhoud je contacten met externe zorgverleners. - Coördineer je de zorgplanning en stem je af met de arts, fysiotherapeut en psycholoog. - Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bijhouden van zorgplannen en het evalueren van de zorg. - Veranderingen merk je binnen no-time op en je weet rap te schakelen om tot de passende aanpak te komen. Jij beschikt over - Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) of een gelijkwaardig diploma; - Je beschikt over een geldig VOG of bent bereid deze aan te vragen (kosten worden door ons vergoed); - Je bent gedreven, serieus en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je bent betrouwbaar, en zowel igen Zorg, de zorginstelling als de zorgbehoevenden kunnen op jou rekenen; - Je hebt een goed ontwikkelde signalerings- en probleemoplossend vermogen; - Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam in het uitvoeren van voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen; - Je hebt een representatieve uitstraling.
