Dan ben jij de verzorgende IG of EVV'er die wij zoeken. Verzorgende IG/EVV'er Somatiek & PG 0-32 uur per week - uren in overleg Badhoevedorp - De Meerwende Verzorgende IG: FWG 35 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. EVV: FWG 40 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.864,43 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. Jij biedt cliëntgerichte zorg op basis van de zorgafspraken zoals vastgesteld in het zorgleefplan. Je draagt bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het welbevinden van de cliënt. Ook voer je o.a. verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleer je de gezondheidstoestand van de cliënten op somatisch en psychisch gebied en overleg je hierover met de cliënt en/of zijn familie. - Bruto maandsalaris FWG afhankelijk van functie en opleiding conform cao VVT Inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis, ervaring en diploma: o Verzorgende 3IG FWG 35 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur; o EVV FWG 40 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.864,43 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur; - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; - Vakantie-uitkering van 8%; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Fiscaal vriendelijke regelingen bij de aanschaf van een laptop/computer, tablet/iPad en (elektrische) fiets; - Voordeel sport(school); - Fijne werk-privé balans; - Je draait geen nachten alleen dag en avonddiensten; - Per direct een jaar contract bij gebleken geschiktheid wordt het omgezet in een vast dienstverband; - Informele, verbindende werksfeer en prettige collega's; - Ruimte voor eigen ontwikkeling en professionalisering.
