Jouw taken In deze functie maak je deel uit van het wijkteam met andere zorgverleners, waarop je altijd kunt terugvallen. Je legt een route af om al je cliënten te bezoeken, en die route kan elke dag verschillen. Het is dus belangrijk dat je voorafgaand aan je werkdag altijd even je route checkt en je alvast inleest. Als Verzorgende IG Extramuraal verzorg je cliënten met uiteenlopende klachten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan mensen met een chronische ziekte, ouderenzorg of een persoon die aan het revalideren is. Maar het kan ook voorkomen dat iemand minder zorg nodig heeft en je vooral langsgaat voor het persoonlijke aspect. Hoewel je veel variatie en afwisseling in je werk hebt, is één ding altijd hetzelfde: je biedt aan alle cliënten een luisterend oor en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich op hun gemak voelen.
