Vind jij het belangrijk om niet alleen goede zorg te bieden, maar ook écht aandacht te hebben voor de mens achter de zorgvraag? Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor jou op afdeling Schutsluis van locatie Nieuwe Haven in Zwolle. Met een glimlach, een luisterend oor of een klein gebaar maak jij de dag van onze bewoners nét een beetje mooier. De uren zijn bespreekbaar, dus we kijken graag samen naar een rooster dat bij jou past. In het kort: - 25 - 32 uur - Onbepaalde tijd - Zwolle, Nieuwe Haven Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG weet jij als geen ander hoe belangrijk deskundige zorg is. Tegelijkertijd zie jij dat goede zorg verder gaat dan alleen de verpleegtechnische handelingen. Jij hebt oog voor het welzijn van onze bewoners en zorgt voor een fijne, vertrouwde leefomgeving waarin zij zich gezien en thuis voelen. Je begeleidt bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en levert persoonsgerichte zorg die aansluit bij hun wensen, mogelijkheden en behoeften. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, behandelaren én het netwerk van de bewoner. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van zorgtechnologie om de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners te ondersteunen en de zorg slim en toekomstbestendig in te richten. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een prettige sfeer op de afdeling. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op locatie Nieuwe Haven in Zwolle, net buiten de stadsgrachten. Een sfeervolle locatie met verschillende woonvormen, een prachtige tuin met meerdere terrassen en een gezellig restaurant. Jouw nieuwe werkplek wordt afdeling Schutsluis, waar bewoners wonen met een brede variatie aan zorgvragen.
