In het kort: - 16 - 25 uur - Onbepaalde tijd - Zwolle, Flexbureau Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners de zorg en aandacht krijgen die ze verdienen. Iedere dag draag je bij aan hun welzijn en geluk. Het werken in onze flexpool is veelzijdig en biedt tal van kansen: - je doet ervaring op binnen verschillende afdelingen en locaties; - je hebt zelf veel invloed op je rooster, ideaal voor als je flexibiliteit zoekt; - er zijn mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een vaste plek in een team; - je kunt je bekwaamheden verder ontwikkelen of opfrissen waar nodig. Waar ga je werken? Jij gaat werken op verschillende locaties en afdelingen in Zwolle. Hierdoor kunnen cliënten van IJsselheem rekenen op de zorg die ze nodig hebben en is jouw werk afwisselend en elke dag weer anders. Je wordt ingezet waar je het meest nodig bent, soms voor een losse dienst, soms voor een langere periode. Daarnaast: - heb je een diploma Verzorgende IG of een vergelijkbare opleiding; - ben je (bijna) bekwaam in voorbehouden en risicovolle handelingen; - beschik je over eigen vervoer en ben je flexibel inzetbaar op de verschillende locaties. Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) is voor deze functie vereist. Wat bieden wij? - bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.663,54 en € 3.592,96 op basis van 36 uur (functiegroep 35 CAO VVT); - onbepaalde tijd contract voor 16 tot 25 uur per week; - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; - reiskostenvergoeding; - ontwikkel- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - belastingvoordeel bijvoorbeeld bij de aankoop van een (elektrische) fiets, sporten, laptop, mobiel of zonnepanelen...
