Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk - Verzorgende IG Flex Siza zoekt een Verzorgende IG Flex In overleg met de collega's van het Flexbureau word je ingezet op voor jou passende locaties en doelgroepen. Hierdoor leer je onze organisatie, maar ook de verschillende mensen en hun hulpvraag goed kennen. Verzorgende IG Flex Als Verzorgende IG in onze flexpool bepaal jij hoe je werkt, terwijl je kunt rekenen op de zekerheid van een betrokken organisatie. Samen met het Flexbureau kijken we naar wat bij jou past: verschillende locaties, diverse doelgroepen en volop kansen om nieuwe ervaringen op te doen. Zo ontdek je waar jouw kracht ligt én waar je energie van krijgt. Je ontwikkelt je vakmanschap, vergroot je netwerk en groeit stap voor stap door binnen onze organisatie. Of je nu veel of juist minder wilt werken (4-36 uur per week): jij houdt de regie, wij zorgen voor de ondersteuning. Zo maak jij het verschil Als flex Verzorgende IG ben jij van onschatbare waarde op ieder moment en op elke plek waar je werkt. Het draait om mensen begeleiden in hun dagelijks leven met een verstandelijke handicap of een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Dat is zorg, maar ook welzijn. Samen met collega's zorg je voor een veilige, warme omgeving waarin iedereen zich gezien en welkom voelt. Jij voelt feilloos aan wat er speelt op een nieuwe locatie en schakelt moeiteloos mee. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend, betekenisvol en vol kansen om te groeien. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse leven. Dat betekent: - ADL-zorg (zoals wassen, aankleden, medicatie, wondverzorging) - Observeren en signaleren van gedragsveranderingen - Werken met bewoners die een andere manier van communiceren hebben - Opbouwen van vertrouwen, door aanwezig te zijn en rust uit te stralen - Jouw aanwezigheid brengt rust.
