Dit doe je via ons plansysteem zodat wij op zoekkunnen naar een werkplek. Werken op deze manier kan ook een voordeel zijn wanneerje het een uitdaging vind om met verschillende doelgroepen te werken. Tijdens onzekennismaking zullen wij samen goed in kaart brengen, waar je graag wil werken en watgoed bij je past. Samen vormen wij de cirkel van zorg rondom de bewoners en cliënten.Jouw nieuwe - perfecte balans tussen werk en privé - baan!OnzeOnze bewoners en cliënten wonen bij één van onze ruim 30 locaties, thuis of verblijventijdelijk bij ons voor revalidatie. Je leert ze dan ook kennen in hun eigen (tijdelijke)omgeving, geeft uitvoering aan de zorg die ze verdienen en ondersteunt ze bij hunbehoeften. Je verricht handelingen die bij jouw functie horen, je stimuleert zoveelmogelijk de zelfredzaamheid, signaleert eventuele veranderingen en je schrijft duidelijkerapportages. Samen met je collega's creëer je de perfecte omgeving voorpersoonsgerichte zorg en waar nodig voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit.Dit is wat je krijgtJij doet je werk het beste als wij goed voor je zorgen.
