Dit ga je doen Flexbureau Haaglanden ondersteunt alle klinische afdelingen voor ouderen- en volwassenenzorg van Parnassia in Den Haag. Daarnaast word je, afhankelijk van waar de behoefte het grootst is en wat past bij jouw profiel, ingezet binnen andere zorglabels van Parnassia Groep. Je komt te werken met een bijzondere doelgroep met een complexe zorgvraag. De grenzen van jouw bevoegdheden, opleidingsniveau en ambities staan hierbij centraal. De werkzaamheden: - Je helpt cliënten met opstaan, wassen, aankleden en andere dagelijkse handelingen; - Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitreiken van medicatie; - Je hebt een signalerende en uitvoerende taak. - Zorgvuldig rapporteren en bijdragen aan een volledige en juiste dossiervorming. Dit ben jij - je hebt een afgeronde opleiding verzorgende IG; - of je zit in de laatste 6 maanden van je opleiding; - je bent bereid de verplichte tweedaagse veiligheidstraining te volgen. - Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer zijn een pré; - Als flexcollega werk je met een flexibel rooster op verschillende locaties in de regio Haaglanden. Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.
