Dit ga je doen Flexbureau Noord-Holland bedient alle klinische afdelingen ouderen- en volwassenenzorg van Parnassia in Noord-Holland Je gaat werken met een bijzondere doelgroep met een complexe zorgvraag. De grenzen van jouw bevoegdheden, opleidingsniveau en ambities staan hierbij centraal. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - het uitvoeren van zorg ondersteunende activiteiten vanuit een herstel gerichte benadering; - het uitvoeren van huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en verzorgende (ADL) taken; - begeleiding bieden bij het uitreiken van medicatie. Je gaat daarbij uit van de wensen van de cliënt; - je hebt een signalerende en uitvoerende taak. Dit ben jij - je hebt een afgerond diploma verzorgende-IG, of je zit in de laatste 6 maanden van je opleiding; - je kunt onze locaties zelfstandig bereiken; - het uitvoeren van ADL-taken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en doe je met plezier; - werkervaring in de psychiatrie is een pré.
