De 'papa-/mamadiensten' binnen de flexpool (eventueel met vaste uren) bieden je die mogelijkheid. • Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3. • Je hebt affiniteit met ouderenzorg en dementie. • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en houdt overzicht. • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en vrijwilligers. • Je krijgt energie van warme, persoonlijke zorg en vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Met jouw inzet geef je bewoners een fijne start van de dag. Je brengt rust, structuur en persoonlijke aandacht en levert daarmee een waardevolle bijdrage aan hun welzijn. Hoe kleuren wij jouw werk? - Contract : een flex contract met vaste uren in overleg en diensten van maximaal 6 uur, start tussen 08.00 en 09.00 uur en eindtijd tussen 14.00 en 15.00 uur. - Niet alleen onder schooltijd beschikbaar? Deze diensten mag je ook in het weekend werken. - Salaris: volgens de CAO VVT in FWG 35, minimaal € 2663,54 bruto per maand en maximaal € 3592,96 gebaseerd op 36 werkuren per week. - Extra's: eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) in november en vakantietoeslag (8%) in mei. - Pensioen: goede pensioenregeling. - Voordelen: korting op sportabonnement en aanvullende zorgverzekering, voordelig een fiets, telefoon of PC aanschaffen. - Vitaliteitsprogramma: jaarlijks een gratis activiteit kiezen uit Amalia Vitalia (zoals stoelmassages, gezondheidscheck, kennismaking mindfulness of voedingsadvies). - Ontwikkeling: opleidingen, scholingen en vergoedingen voor congressen....
