Werken als verzorgende IG binnen het Flexbureau van Lelie zorggroep is ideaal te combineren met je privéleven én je ontwikkeling. Als Verzorgende IG maak je elke dienst het verschil. Samen met je collega's ondersteun je onze bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, begeleiding en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden en geeft daarbij warme, oprechte aandacht. Ook rapporteren, lichte huishoudelijke taken en nét dat beetje extra persoonlijke aandacht horen bij jouw werk, jij ziet wat iemand nodig heeft. Wij geloven in persoonsgerichte zorg: de wensen, gewoonten en behoeften van onze bewoners staan altijd centraal. En jij speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Dit vragen wij van jou - Je werkt graag in de ouderenzorg en je hebt hierin al enkele jaren ervaring. - Je hebt het diploma helpende niveau 2 of je zit in het 2e leerjaar hbo-verpleegkunde of in het 3e leerjaar mbo-verpleegkunde. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft, jij herkent of respecteert de christelijke identiteit van onze organisatie.
