Bij ons bepaal jij zelf wanneer je werkt, welke diensten je oppakt en hoe jouw rooster eruitziet. Ideaal als jij flexibiliteit belangrijk vindt en jouw werk graag combineert met privé, studie, gezin of andere verplichtingen. Of je nu graag losse diensten draait, een wisselend rooster prettig vindt of juist op zoek bent naar een goede balans tussen werk en vrije tijd: in onze flexpool krijg je de ruimte om te werken zoals het bij jou past. Functie Als Verzorgende IG in de flexpool werk je op verschillende zorglocaties in de omgeving van Veenhuizen. Hierdoor is geen werkdag hetzelfde en doe je veel waardevolle ervaring op binnen diverse teams en doelgroepen. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en hebt oog voor hun welzijn, veiligheid en comfort. Werken in een flexpool biedt veel voordelen. Je hebt meer invloed op je eigen planning en kunt jouw werk goed afstemmen op je privéleven. Dat betekent minder druk, meer vrijheid en meer balans.
