Voor een grote zorgorganisatie in Noord- en Midden-Limburg zoeken we een Verzorgende IG die graag op verschillende intramurale zorglocaties aan de slag gaat. Jij biedt bewoners persoonlijke zorg en aandacht en maakt iedere dienst het verschil. Als Verzorgende IG ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en welzijn. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid en hebt oog voor de persoonlijke wensen en behoeften van iedere bewoner. Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen en locaties, onder andere met ouderen met dementie. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkomgevingen, werkt samen met de aanwezige zorgteams en signaleert en rapporteert veranderingen in de gezondheid van bewoners. Het mooie aan deze functie? Je hebt zelf invloed op waar en wanneer je werkt. Je kunt je inschrijven op beschikbare diensten of worden ingepland op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid. Zo combineer je afwisselend werk met een goede werk-privébalans.
