Jij hebt de regie Het grote voordeel van deze functie? Jij bepaalt wanneer en waar je werkt. Je krijgt ruim van tevoren inzicht in de beschikbare diensten en kunt zelf aangeven welke diensten bij jou passen. Wil je voornamelijk op één locatie werken? Liever verschillende locaties ontdekken? Of juist bepaalde dagen vrijhouden? Dat kan allemaal. Je kunt tot 6 weken vooruit plannen en hebt 24/7 inzicht in je rooster. Hierdoor kun je je werk goed combineren met je privéleven. Wat ga je doen? Verlenen van persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Ondersteunen en begeleiden van cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven. Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten. Bijhouden van zorgdossiers en rapportages. Samenwerken met collega's, behandelaren en andere zorgprofessionals. Bijdragen aan een veilige en prettige leefomgeving. Werken op verschillende locaties of binnen de thuiszorg, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. Wat kun jij? Een diploma Verzorgende IG. Een betrokken en cliëntgerichte houding. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om snel te schakelen. Een professionele en positieve instelling. Ben je nog bezig met je opleiding Verzorgende IG en heb je al enige stage-ervaring? Ook dan zijn er mogelijkheden om via de Flexpool werkervaring op te doen. Wat krijg je? Veel vrijheid in het bepalen van je werkdagen en diensten.
