Als verzorgende IG in het flexteam van Proteion ondersteun je collega's op verschillende locaties. Op de plekken waar jouw inzet het hardst nodig is. Die variatie én het gevoel dat jouw bijdrage telt, maken het werk in ons flexteam bijzonder. Wat ga je doen? Stel je voor... Je start de dag op een locatie waar je nog nooit bent geweest. Een collega vangt je op met een warme glimlach. Binnen een paar minuten ben je onderdeel van het team, alsof je nooit anders hebt gedaan. Die afwisseling, dat warme welkom en het gevoel dat je echt verschil maakt, dát is werken in het flexteam van Proteion. Waarom jij bij ons past Als flexcollega kunnen we op jou bouwen. Jij bent cruciaal om de zorg aan onze cliënten te laten doorgaan op de plekken waar dat met onze vaste bezetting even niet lukt. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk om voldoende diensten in te vullen. En we kunnen erop rekenen dat jij een dienst ook daadwerkelijk invult, als je je daarvoor hebt aangemeld. Hoe jij werkt in het flexteam In ons flexteam combineer je vrijheid met betrouwbaarheid. Jij kiest jouw diensten, maar we rekenen ook op een stukje commitment. Waar wij de diensten niet rond krijgen, spring jij bij om de zorg aan onze cliënten en bewoners te laten doorgaan. Dit kan zowel intramuraal (PG en/of Somatiek) als binnen de thuiszorg. Past deze functie bij jou? - Je vindt het leuk om op verschillende locaties of afdelingen te werken - Je pakt minimaal 6 tot 8 diensten per maand mee - Je bent ook beschikbaar tijdens de belangrijke piekmomenten: weekenden, avonden, nachten en feestdagen - Je accepteert in principe 80% van de diens...
