Wat ga je doen als medewerker in ons Flexteam? Jij werkt in de functie Verzorgende IG en springt bij op verschillende afdelingen en locaties, zoals Drie Gasthuizen, Heijendaal, Hoogstede, Klingelpoort, Westerkade, Insula Dei en Huize Kohlmann. Omdat jij op verschillende plekken komt, zie je wat er goed gaat én waar het beter kan. Jouw frisse blik helpt ons om te blijven verbeteren, daar hebben we echt iets aan. Ondertussen zorg jij natuurlijk voor een veilige, prettige omgeving voor onze bewoners, want daar draait het om. Heb je een voorkeur voor een locatie? Dan kijken we samen naar wat het beste past.

Dit is hoe jij impact maakt: - Je regelt de zorg van A tot Z en houdt het zorgdossier actueel en volledig. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor naasten. Je deelt successen en bespreekt lastige momenten met rust en begrip. - Je duikt in de achtergrond van onze bewoners met dementie en maakt de dagelijkse zorg persoonlijk. - Je kijkt verder dan de ziekte en ondersteunt bewoners om zo lang mogelijk zelf de baas te blijven over hun eigen keuzes. - Je voert zelf persoonlijke zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten - Een rooster dat past bij jouw leven: jij bepaalt wanneer je werkt. Volledige flexibiliteit: jij kiest je (nacht)diensten. - Salaris volgens cao VVT, passend bij jouw functie en ervaring, schaal 35 (Verzorgende IG) - Toeslagen van 44% tot wel 160% (ORT) voor de nachtdiensten en weekenddiensten. - 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Goede secundaire voorwaarde
