Voor een locatie in Meppel zoeken we een verzorgende IG met hart voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Jij bent iemand die stevig staat, maar ook zacht durft te zijn. Je weet hoe belangrijk het is om veiligheid, structuur én een glimlach te bieden. Met jouw ervaring en persoonlijke aandacht draag jij bij aan een fijn en voorspelbaar dagelijks leven voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking of psychische kwetsbaarheid. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een locatie in Meppel. Hier wonen cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking, soms gecombineerd met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag of psychiatrische problematiek. De sfeer is huiselijk en professioneel. Samen met je collega's bied je een omgeving waarin rust, nabijheid en structuur centraal staan. Jij bent een vaste waarde in het team én voor de bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Als verzorgende IG ondersteun je cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met het team én behandelaren. Je biedt zorg op maat, ziet waar extra aandacht nodig is en bouwt aan een vertrouwensband met cliënten en hun netwerk. Ook draag je bij aan een veilig en overzichtelijk leefklimaat waarin bewoners zich gezien en begrepen voelen. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde zorg gerelateerde opleiding op mbo niveau 3 of 4.
