Wat doe je als Verzorgende IG? - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en draagt actief bij aan de gezondheid en het welzijn van de cliënten; - Je begeleidt en verzorgt cliënten op basis van het individueel ondersteuningsplan; - Je geeft overdag een zinvolle dagbesteding aan thuisblijvende cliënten; - Je werkt wisselende diensten (ochtend, avond, nacht en weekend) in een betrokken teamstructuur met vliegende ondersteuning; - Je draagt bij aan een veilige, warme sfeer waarin cliënten zich begrepen en gezien voelen. Hier herken jij jezelf in als Verzorgende IG - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de zorg op mbo-niveau 3 of 4, zoals Verzorgende IG, Verpleegkunde of Maatschappelijke Zorg. Géén afgerond zorgdiploma? Bekijk dan de opleidingsmogelijkheden voor werken en leren in de zorg zonder diploma; - Je hebt affiniteit met cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (LVB, NAH, EMB+); - Je bent sociaal, actief en weet om te gaan met cliënten die zich lastig kunnen uiten; - Je houdt van betekenisvol werk met een combinatie van begeleiding, verzorging en verpleegtechniek; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor 0 tot 32 uur per week - ook een 0-urencontract is bespreekbaar. Locatie en doelgroep De Pilmus is een kleinschalige woonlocatie in Meerlo (Noord-Limburg, nabij Venray), met vier groepen van vijf cliënten en dagbesteding aan huis. De doelgroep bestaat uit mensen van 45 tot 90 jaar met een zeer uiteenlopende doelgroep waaronder autisme, LVB, NAH, EMB+ en syndroom van down.
