Voor Hof Kromwege in Oost-Souburg zoeken wij een betrokken Verzorgende IG die warme zorg wil combineren met verpleegkundige expertise voor ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Jouw rol Als Verzorgende IG ben jij een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van bewoners die ouder worden. Je ondersteunt bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en kijkt altijd naar wat iemand nog zelf kan. Je werkt vanuit eigen regie en belevingsgerichte zorg, waarbij kwaliteit van leven altijd voorop staat. Je krijgt te maken met complexe zorgvragen zoals dementie, Parkinson, epilepsie, diabetes, NAH, autisme, EMB, slikproblematiek en palliatieve zorg. Juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend én betekenisvol. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - uitvoeren van ADL-zorg en persoonlijke verzorging; - verrichten van verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals wondzorg, diabeteszorg en sondevoeding; - observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag; - bijdragen aan medicatieveiligheid en palliatieve zorg; - rapporteren in het Elektronisch Cliënten Dossier (ECD); - onderhouden van contact met familie, verwanten en behandelaren; - samenwerken met verpleegkundigen, de Arts Verstandelijk Gehandicapten (AVG) en andere disciplines. ...
