Als zorgprofessional tijdens de nachtdiensten bij Laurens Rubroek ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de bewoners in een veilige en rustige omgeving kunnen slapen en wonen, met aandacht voor hun welzijn en comfort. Je taken verschillen per functie, maar je werkzaamheden zijn altijd gericht op het bieden van kwalitatieve zorg in de rustige uren: Helpende Plus : Je helpt bewoners met dagelijkse handelingen zoals wassen, aankleden en eten, zorgt voor een prettige sfeer en bent alert op veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand. Je signaleert en rapporteert opvallende zaken aan het zorgteam. Verzorgende IG : Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals medicatietoediening en wondverzorging. Je bewaakt het zorgplan, geeft instructies aan collega's en begeleidt bewoners waar nodig. Daarnaast houd je het overzicht op de afdeling en zorg je voor een goede communicatie met collega's en familie. Daarnaast werk je altijd met een focus op het welzijn van de bewoners: je creëert rust, biedt comfort en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich gezien en gehoord voelt. Je bent flexibel en kunt snel schakelen als de situatie daarom vraagt. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en complete overdracht van informatie aan het dagteam, zodat de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg gewaarborgd blijft. Waarom werken bij Laurens?
