Verzorgende IG Hoog Duinen Woonzorgcentrum Hoog Duinen 1 dag online Bij Hoog Duinen werk je op een prachtige locatie, met het Schoorlse bos en de duinen om de hoek. In dit verpleeghuis wonen ouderen met dementie of een lichamelijke zorgvraag, ieder in een eigen appartement. In de gezellige huiskamers en ontmoetingspleinen ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijks leven en activiteiten. Werken bij Hoog Duinen betekent zorg bieden in een warme, sociale omgeving, waar ontmoeten, aandacht en kwaliteit van leven centraal staan. Deze woonzorg locatie is geschikt voor mensen met dementie en voor mensen met een lichamelijke zorgvraag. Daar werken we samen, verlenen we hartverwarmende zorg en bedenken we oplossingen die echt passen bij de bewoner.
