Werken op een PG-afdeling vraagt om geduld, creativiteit en oprechte aandacht. Gelukkig zijn dat precies jouw kwaliteiten. Voor een zorgorganisatie in de regio Rotterdam zoeken wij een Verzorgende IG die bewoners met dementie een veilige, vertrouwde en fijne leefomgeving biedt. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op een moderne PG-afdeling waar bewoners wonen in een huiselijke omgeving. Samen met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen, behandelaren en familieleden vorm je een belangrijk onderdeel van het leven van de bewoners. Er wordt gekeken naar wat iemand nog wél kan en waar iemand blij van wordt. Wat ga je doen? Op deze afdeling draait alles om beleving. Natuurlijk verricht je verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen, maar jouw grootste kracht zit in het contact met bewoners. Je helpt hen structuur te bieden, speelt in op emoties en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gezien voelen. Geen dag verloopt volgens een vast draaiboek, en juist dat maakt jouw werk zo bijzonder. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG en affiniteit met psychogeriatrische zorg. Je blijft rustig in onverwachte situaties en weet bewoners veiligheid en vertrouwen te bieden. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en een echte teamspeler. Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
