The posting

Als verzorgende flexpool ben jij de spil in de zorgteams van verschillende locaties in regio Den Haag. Je kiest zelf je werkdagen en -uren, waardoor je het werk goed kunt combineren met jouw privéleven. Zowel parttime als fulltime werken is mogelijk, met een minimum van 16 en een maximum van 36 uur per week. In deze flexibele rol krijg je volop kansen om je verder te ontwikkelen door interne trainingen en opleidingen. Afhankelijk van de planning kan de duur van je inzet verschillen, waardoor de functie veel afwisseling biedt en nooit saai wordt.

Je start je werkdag met het doornemen van de overdracht en het verdelen van de taken. Als verzorgende flexpool help je cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en het ondersteunen bij maaltijden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toedienen en registreren van medicatie en maakt gebruik van diverse tilliften en hulpmiddelen. Tijdens je dienst werk je nauw samen met collega’s en zorg je voor een veilige en prettige leefomgeving voor de cliënten.
