Wat ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG bied je dagelijkse verzorging, begeleiding en verpleegtechnische handelingen aan bewoners. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan, signaleert veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners en speelt hierop in. Dankzij de kleinschaligheid heb je écht aandacht voor de mens achter de zorgvraag en werk je nauw samen met collega's en mantelzorgers. Werken op Horstwaarde Horstwaarde is een gemoedelijke woonlocatie in het mooie Nederhorst den Berg, tussen Weesp en Hilversum. Op deze kleinschalige locatie wonen ouderen met dementie in drie huiselijke woongroepen van elk 9 bewoners. Elk team bestaat uit circa 10 betrokken collega's die zorgen voor een warme, veilige en vertrouwde leefomgeving. Heb je geen vervoer om naar onze locatie in Nederhorst den Berg te komen? Dan regelen wij dat. We halen je op vanaf station Hilversum of Weesp en brengen je naar de locatie. Wat breng je mee - Een diploma Verzorgende IG of MMZ/VIG combinatie; - Passie voor ouderenzorg en affiniteit met dementie; - Een belevingsgerichte manier van werken; - Geduld, zorgzaamheid en een warm hart voor je werk; - Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekenden (roosterwensen bespreekbaar); - Enthousiasme om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen Dit krijg je van ons Bij Amaris zorgen we goed voor onze cliënten én voor jou!
