Dit ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG binnen locatie Katwijk in Oss ga je samen met familie en vrijwilligers werken met de vier richtingwijzers in dagelijkse situaties om 'Elke dag zo fijn mogelijk' samen met de cliënt en zijn of haar naasten te realiseren. De richtingwijzers zijn: 'ik vraag het u', 'ik ken u echt', 'ik werk met u samen' en 'ik versta mijn vak'. Dit vraagt wat van je kennis en ervaring maar ook van een open houding. Geen mens is tenslotte hetzelfde. Je zet jouw kennis en ervaring in voor het creëren van een belevingsgericht leefklimaat. Op individueel niveau en in de groep. Je inspireert je collega’s hiermee en werkt samen naar een sfeer, waarin elke bewoner tot zijn recht komt. Dit zorgt elke dag voor nieuwe interessante uitdagingen en geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij hebt een diploma niveau 3 Verzorgende IG, waarbij ervaring is gewenst. Daarnaast: Beschik je over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met oplettend vermogen; Ben je zowel zelfstandig als sociaal waardoor je je verbaal goed kunt uitdrukken; Heb je affiniteit met zorg voor mensen met dementie; Weet je met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag om te gaan; Ben je tactvol en hulpvaardig en kun je je goed inleven in bewoners; Werk je graag samen binnen een zelf-organiserend team; Durf je ook zelf beslissingen te nemen en hier zelfstandig naar te handelen.
