The posting

Grensarbeid zoekt voor Levantogroep een verzorgende IG nacht voor de locatie Rijckhof.

Op Rijckhof bieden we een veilige woonomgeving met 24-uurs ondersteuning voor ouder wordende cliënten die behoefte hebben aan zowel psychische ondersteuning als somatische zorg in een beschermende omgeving. Het gaat hierbij om nachtdiensten, waarbij je zelfstandig werkt.

De locatie Rijckhof is niet bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Als Verzorgende IG bij Rijckhof heb je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verzorgende en verplegende werkzaamheden
  • Je begeleidt, assisteert en stimuleert cliënten bij ADL- en HDL-activiteiten
  • Je vervult een signaleringsfunctie ten aanzien van veranderingen in de lichamelijke toestand, het gedrag en het leefmilieu van cliënten

Daarnaast waarderen we het als je een bijdrage wil leveren aan de ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie.

Wij bieden ondersteuning op gebied van geestelijke gezondheid en maatschappelijke opvang in Zuid- en Midden-Limburg in de vorm van ambulante begeleiding, beschermd wonen, crisisopvang, vrouwenopvang en participatie voor zowel jongeren als volwassenen. Zodat cliënten het heft weer in eigen hand kunnen nemen en als volwaardig burger deel uit kunnen maken van de maatschappij.

Dit kenmerkt jou:

  • Je beschikt over een relevante afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding
  • Je beschikt over minimaal één jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de ouder wordende cliënt en de psychiatrische doelgroep
  • Naast integriteit zijn zowel een klantgerichte als oplettende werkhouding voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je hebt het vermogen om te gaan met weerstanden bij de verzorging en ondersteuning van cliënten in ADL/HDL activiteiten.
  • Je bent in staat de werkzaamheden zelfstandig en efficiënt te plannen, tevens heb je een goede automatiseringskennis.
  • Je bent flexibel in diensten en kunt meer werken indien nodig (problemen rooster, vakantie, ziekte etc.)
