Als Verzorgende IG in de vaste nachtdienst bied je bewoners met dementie rust, veiligheid en persoonlijke zorg op de momenten dat zij jou het hardst nodig hebben. Als Verzorgende IG ga je aan de slag op een PG-afdeling binnen een woonzorglocatie in Noord- of Midden-Limburg. Hier wonen ouderen met dementie die dag en nacht passende ondersteuning nodig hebben. [email protected] Wat je gaat doen - Persoonlijke verzorging, begeleiding en verpleging bieden aan bewoners; - Verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren binnen jouw bevoegd- en bekwaamheden; - Veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners signaleren; - Medicatie verstrekken en de bijbehorende zorg rapporteren; - Rust, veiligheid en structuur bieden tijdens de nacht; - Adequaat handelen bij onverwachte of acute situaties; - Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht aan de dagdienst. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Verzorgende IG niveau 3; - Je hebt affiniteit met ouderenzorg en dementie; - Je kiest bewust voor het werken in vaste nachtdiensten; - Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig; - Je signaleert veranderingen snel en handelt zorgvuldig; - Je bent betrokken en weet bewoners op hun gemak te stellen.
