- Verzorgende IG nachtdienst voor Lenculenhof Envida zoekt een Verzorgende IG nachtdienst voor Lenculenhof Dienstverband 12/32 Opleidingsniveau MBO niveau 3 Standplaats Maastricht Werkvelden Ouderenzorg Ben jij een enthousiaste Verzorgende IG die met plezier wil werken als vaste nachtdienstmedewerker voor onze locatie Lenculenhof in Maastricht? Ben je gedreven, betrokken en heb je geen moeite met nachtdiensten en evt. indien nodig ook met avonddiensten? Dan zoeken wij jou! Dit draag jij bij Als Verzorgende IG in de nacht ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners. Je zorgt voor een rustige en veilige omgeving waarin bewoners zich prettig voelen en de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Je verleent verpleegtechnische zorg, dient nachtmedicatie toe volgens protocol en ondersteunt bewoners bij hun persoonlijke verzorging. Daarbij heb je oog voor hun individuele behoeften en bied je een luisterend oor aan bewoners die wakker zijn of zich onrustig voelen. Je houdt de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners goed in de gaten. Merk je veranderingen op of ontstaat er een onverwachte situatie? Dan weet jij wat er nodig is en handel je op een passende manier. Je observeert en rapporteert zorgvuldig, zodat je collega's van de dagdienst goed geïnformeerd hun werk kunnen overnemen. Als dienstverantwoordelijke houd je het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat de nachtzorg goed verloopt. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde nacht voor onze bewoners. Je bent betrokken, hebt oog voor de behoeften van bewoners en weet met jouw rustige en persoonlijke benadering vertrouwen te geven. Je kunt goed luisteren, toont begrip en weet bewoners op een prettige manier te begeleiden en te stimuleren.
