Wij zoeken voor onze locatie Transwijk een toegewijde Verzorgende IG. Als Verzorgende IG in de nachtdienst ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze cliënten tijdens de nachturen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich comfortabel en veilig voelen, en dat hun zorgbehoeften goed worden ingevuld, zelfs als de wereld om hen heen slaapt. Je komt te werken op onze afdeling Beschermd Wonen hier wonen ouderen met een psychiatrische zorgvraag. Vereisten Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Verzorgende IG niveau 3; - Ervaring in de ouderenzorg middels een stage of werkervaring is een pre; - Je hebt een luisterend oor, bent empathisch en je vindt het belangrijk om cliënten een veilige en fijne nachtrust te bieden.;; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken. Wat bieden wij? - Contract: Je krijgt direct een vast contract. - Bonus: Start jij bij Vecht en IJssel als Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige? Dan krijg je ook nog een startersbonus van € 750,- bruto. De eerste helft ontvang je na je proeftijd, de tweede helft na één jaar indienst. - Uren: gaan in overleg maar liefst ben je minimaal voor 16 uur per week beschikbaar. Je werkt met name in de nachten maar kunt ook worden ingezet op avonddiensten. - Salaris: We belonen conform cao VVT (FWG 35): € 2.735,91 - € 3.592,96 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden: We bieden uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder: - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, een mooie bonus aan het eind van het jaar. - Vakantietoeslag van 8%, zodat je optimaal kunt genieten van je welverdiende vakantie. - Royale reiskostenvergoeding van 25 cent per km, ongeacht waar...
