Als Verzorgende IG in de nacht vervul je een cruciale rol in het bieden van comfort en zorg aan de bewoners van De Bloementuin in Geldermalsen tijdens de nacht. Met jouw professionele zorg draag je bij aan een veilige en geborgen sfeer. Kom jij bij Santé Partners werken en maak de nacht een stukje lichter voor de bewoners? Wat ga je doen? Jij verzorgt, verpleegt en begeleidt onze bewoners, ook in de nacht volgens het zorgleefplan waarbij de regie in handen ligt van onze bewoners. Je werktijden zijn voornamelijk van 23.00 - 7.15 uur en je zal 2 tot 3 nachten achter elkaar werken. Concreet draag je bij onze bewoners zorg voor: - ondersteuning bij somatische problemen, met psychosociale zorg. Denk hierbij aan bewoners die angstig zijn om te gaan slapen. - het bieden van een luisterend oor. - de verzorging en het welbevinden aan de hand van het zorgleefplan. - het verrichten van verpleegtechnische handelingen, waar jij bevoegd en bekwaam voor bent of bereid bent deze te leren. - je signaleert wijzigingen in het gedrag van de bewoners, rapporteert en onderneemt waar nodig actie. - Je draagt liefdevol bij aan de zorg en ondersteuning in een huiselijke omgeving en hebt affiniteit met ouderen met dementie. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je komt te werken in de Bloementuin in Geldermalsen, een kleinschalige woonvorm voor mensen met dementie. Deze speciale woonlocatie aan de Koningsweg biedt plaats voor 32 bewoners; verdeeld over 4 woningen. In jouw functie draag je zorg over 8 bewoners. We vinden het belangrijk dat de bewoner zich door onderlinge contacten met andere bewoners, familie, vrijwilligers en medewerk...
