Afdeling de Nachtegalen is een gesloten afdeling bestaande uit vier aan elkaar geschakelde woningen waar in totaal 32 bewoners met een psychogeriatrische (PG) beperkingen wonen. We werken binnen de Nachtegalen veel samen en kunnen op elkaar terugvallen om zo de beste zorg te kunnen leveren aan onze bewoners. Zelfs een wandeling met de bewoner(s) naar de winkel of de markt is iets wat bij ons regelmatig haalbaar is. Een collega aan het woord; Nachtdiensten zijn ideaal in combinatie met schoolgaande kinderen, ik kan ze naar school brengen dan gaan slapen en later ze weer ophalen op school. Dus geen opvang nodig! Daarnaast betekent het werken in de nachtdienst natuurlijk meer geld in verband met de ORT in de avond/nacht. Elke nacht is anders, je hebt meer tijd voor persoonlijke aandacht voor cliënten als er iets is. Doen - Zorg op maat leveren aan de bewoners die ons huis hun thuis noemen - Als nachtbraker ben jij 's nachts op je best - Zorg dragen voor de dagelijks verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding van bewoners conform het zorgleefplan - Bestellen van medicatie, middelen en materialen voor bewoners - Voeren van eigen regie: je bent in staat om zelfstandig snelle en heldere beslissingen te nemen - Overzicht bewaren, even kunnen stilstaan en vertragen - Signaleren, overdragen en rapporteren van situaties of het gedrag van bewoners - Ook al werk je vrij solistisch, behoor ook jij tot ons leuke en gezellige team gekenmerkt door onze Brabantse sfeer - Deelnemen aan diverse overleggen van je team Kunnen - MBO niveau 3 Verzorgende IG diploma - Je doet je werk met plezier, niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het in je zit - Uren bepalen we in overleg met jou.
