De Hogewey bestaat uit 27 woningen met 6 of 7 bewoners. Juist 's nachts maak jij het verschil door nabij te zijn, scherp te observeren en professioneel te handelen wanneer dat nodig is. Wij zoeken een ervaren Verzorgende IG voor de nachtdienst die zich prettig voelt bij veel zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en graag werkt in een klein en betrokken team. Wij zijn op zoek naar ervaren nachtdienstmedewerkers (27 uur) die graag zelfstandig werken, maar nooit alleen staan. Wat ga je doen? Samen met vijf collega's vorm je het nachtteam van de Hogewey. Jullie zijn gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk voor de zorg, veiligheid en het welzijn van 187 bewoners. In de nacht werken we bewoner-gericht en zetten we sensoren en alarmeringen op maat in: daar waar nodig, en altijd in het belang van rust, veiligheid en het welzijn van onze bewoners. Dat vraagt om professionele alertheid, klinisch inzicht en goede samenwerking. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het lopen van rondes en het signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid; - Het bieden van passende zorg en begeleiding wanneer bewoners wakker zijn of onrust ervaren; - Verpleegtechnische handelingen waar nodig; - Zelfstandig afwegen wanneer je handelt en wanneer rust juist het beste is; - Nauw samenwerken en afstemmen met je collega's gedurende de nacht; - Het zorgvuldig rapporteren van bijzonderheden voor een goede overdracht naar de dagdienst. De woningen liggen verspreid in de Hogeweyk: een besloten wijk waar mensen met dementie wonen in een zo normaal mogelijke leefomgeving.
