Jij brengt rust, houdt overzicht en weet precies wanneer je moet handelen. Als Verzorgende IG in de nachtdienst zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners zich ook 's nachts veilig, gezien en vertrouwd voelen. Op deze woonzorglocatie in Hoorn wonen mensen met een psychogeriatrische en somatische zorgvraag. In de nacht werk je zelfstandig en ben je alert op veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid. Je weet wat bewoners nodig hebben en biedt zorg die aansluit bij hun persoonlijke situatie en zorgplan. Soms is een luisterend oor genoeg, soms moet je snel schakelen. Jij blijft rustig en zorgt dat bijzonderheden goed worden vastgelegd en overgedragen. Ben jij op je best wanneer anderen slapen. En wil jij als Verzorgende IG bijdragen aan een veilige en rustige nacht voor bewoners in Hoorn? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat je gaat doen - Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding tijdens de nacht. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. - Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag. - Je zorgt voor een veilige en rustige woonomgeving. - Je rapporteert bijzonderheden en draagt deze zorgvuldig over. Functie-eisen Dit heb jij: - Een Verzorgende IG (mbo niveau 3) - Je werkt graag zelfstandig en je voelt je prettig tijdens nachtdiensten. - Je hebt oog voor kleine veranderingen, bent betrokken en weet professioneel te handelen wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt.
