Dan is de vacature verzorgende IG nachtdiensten Zaandam Revalidatie Oostergouw afdeling Troffel bij Evean precies wat jij zoekt!

Trots; waar ga jij werken?

Jij komt te werken op de afdeling Troffel van Evean locatie Oostergouw in Zaandam. Deze locatie biedt revalidatiezorg aan cliënten met een cognitieve stoornis, zoals dementie, NAH, delier of na een cognitieve screening. De cliënten verblijven hier tijdelijk, gemiddeld van 6 weken tot 4 maanden, en krijgen zorg voor hun herstel na een ziekenhuisopname.

* De zorg is complex, met cliënten die vaak te maken hebben met hoge zorgbehoeften zoals infuustherapie, sondevoeding en wondtherapie; * Jij werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team om de revalidatie en zelfstandigheid van de cliënten te bevorderen; * Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid en de locatie is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

Verbindend; wanneer jij als verzorgende IG nachtdiensten Zaandam Revalidatie Oostergouw afdeling Troffel bij Evean in dienst treedt, krijg jij de volgende primaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:

* Salaris in FWG 35 conform CAO VVT, inschaling is afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring; * Contract voor 12 maanden, 16 tot 24 uur per week (uren bespreekbaar, met intentie tot vast contract); * Reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO VVT; * Werktijden: gemiddeld 10 nachtdiensten per maand van 22.45 - 7.15 uur.
