Jij maakt het verschil. Elke dag opnieuw. Verzorgende IG Nachtzorg 't Dorp Arnhem e.o. Het gezicht van de nacht Het is 00.15 uur. De telefoon gaat. Een cliënt is wakker geworden en in paniek. Hij weet niet goed waar hij is. Hij denkt dat hij moet werken en wil direct naar buiten. Hij loopt met zijn rollator de gang op en probeert de buitendeur te openen. Je gaat rustig naar hem toe. Je spreekt hem kalm aan en noemt zijn naam. Je maakt oogcontact en gaat naast hem staan. Je zegt: "Het is nacht. U bent in 't Dorp thuis. U hoeft nu niet te werken. Het is tijd om te slapen. " De cliënt is onrustig. Hij zegt dat hij te laat is en dat zijn baas boos wordt. Door zijn hersenletsel lukt het hem niet om de situatie goed te overzien. Je herhaalt rustig waar hij is en welk moment van de dag het is. Je wijst op de klok. Je stelt voor om samen even te gaan zitten. Je geeft hem een glas water. Langzaam wordt hij rustiger. Samen lopen jullie terug naar zijn appartement. Je helpt hem in bed en zorgt dat zijn rollator dichtbij staat. Je spreekt af dat je later nog even komt kijken. Daarna ga je weer verder met je ronde. Niet één nacht is hetzelfde. Zeker niet als je werkt op onze locatie 't Dorp voor alle straten en Oosterveld. 't Dorp Dit is je hoofd locatie. Daarnaast word je ambulant ingezet voor alle locaties van Siza waar hulp gevraagd wordt. Als ondersteuner van je collega bij zware zorgvragen, voor het uitvoeren of aftoetsen van voorbehouden handelingen. Tijdens deze momenten op een andere locatie kijk je direct even mee of alle administratieve taken zoals de werklijsten up-to-date zijn. We zoeken een verzorgende IG die samen met ons het verschil willen maken in de nacht. Iemand met hart voor de zorg, die graag meebeweegt en het juist interes...
