Verzorgende IG Nachtzorg (Flexpool) Max. € 3.592,96 Wil jij werken wanneer het jou uitkomt én écht van betekenis zijn in de nachtelijke zorg? Voor ons flexteam binnen de thuiszorg zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken Verzorgende IG voor nachtdiensten. Tijdens de nacht bied je cliënten de rust, veiligheid en zorg die zij nodig hebben in hun thuissituatie. Je ondersteunt bij verpleegtechnische handelingen, volgt alarmeringen op en houdt de gezondheidssituatie van cliënten goed in de gaten. Dankzij jouw deskundigheid en warme aandacht kunnen cliënten rekenen op professionele zorg in de nacht. Je werkt zelfstandig en gaat tijdens de nachtdienst de wijk in. Daarom is eigen vervoer gewenst. Werk jij graag zelfstandig, ben je flexibel inzetbaar en houd je van afwisseling? Dan pas jij perfect binnen ons flexteam! Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens protocol; - Opvolgen van alarmeringen; - Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten en hier adequaat op handelen; - Coördineren en afstemmen van zorg tijdens de nachtdienst; - Zelfstandig routes rijden binnen de extramurale thuiszorg; - Bijdragen aan rust, veiligheid en welzijn van cliënten.
