The posting

Je begint je dienst met de overdracht en loopt vervolgens naar een bewoner met Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel (NAH), waar je ondersteuning biedt bij de persoonlijke verzorging en structuur aanbrengt in de dag. Daarna voer je op de somatische afdeling een verpleegtechnische handeling uit en bespreek je bijzonderheden met collega's. Op de PG-afdeling neem je de tijd voor een bewoner die behoefte heeft aan rust, herkenning en een vertrouwd gezicht. Iedere doelgroep vraagt iets anders van je, maar juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend en betekenisvol. 𝗪𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝗶𝗷? - Je beschikt over een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3). - Je hebt affiniteit met Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel (NAH), psychogeriatrie (PG) en/of somatische zorg. - Je bent betrokken, empathisch en communicatief sterk. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van zorg. - Je bent flexibel en vindt afwisseling in verschillende doelgroepen en zorgvragen uitdagend. - Je werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team en hebt oog voor de wensen van bewoners en hun naasten.

𝗪𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻? - Salaris tussen €2.735,- en €3.592,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur (cao VVT, FWG 35). - Eindejaarsuitkering, vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding. - Flexibiliteit en vrijheid: jij bepaalt waar en wanneer je werkt. - Een enthousiast team intercedenten dat altijd voor jou klaarstaat. - Afwisselende opdrachten binnen de doelgroepen NAH, PG en Somatiek in de regio Zwolle.
