Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige - Avond en Nachtdienst Hoe ziet jouw dienst eruit? Na de overdracht ga je samen met je collega's de avond in. Je werkt in een team met 4 andere collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een fijne avond voor de bewoners. Jullie begeleiden hen bij de avond en ondersteunen bij het naar bed gaan, altijd afgestemd op wat iemand nodig heeft om de dag prettig af te sluiten. Tijdens de nachtdienst werk je zelfstandig op de locatie, maar je staat er niet alleen voor. Je hebt een belronde met collega's van andere locaties op het terrein en kunt altijd met hen afstemmen. In de nacht ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bewoners, maar voer je daarnaast ook administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Je loopt rondes, reageert op oproepen en draagt zorg voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving. Wanneer jouw dienst erop zit, kijk je nog één keer rond. Je weet dat jullie gezamenlijke inzet - juist in de avond en nacht - een groot verschil maakt in het gevoel van veiligheid en geborgenheid van de bewoners. Met een goed gevoel ga je naar huis. Als Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige ben jij een vast en vertrouwde aanwezigheid in het leven van onze bewoners. Jij: - Biedt persoonlijke zorg en begeleiding, afgestemd op de wensen en het ritme van de bewoner. Van opstaan en wassen tot medicatie en verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Leert onze bewoners écht kennen, zodat je weet wat hen blij maakt, wat ze nodig hebben en waar ze nog zelf de regie kunnen nemen. - Draagt actief bij aan het zorgplan en zorgt dat dit aansluit bij de beleving en mogelijkheden van de bewoner. - Werkt samen met collega's en vrijwilligers aan een prettige, veilige en geborgen woonomgeving. - Onderhoudt oprechte en open contacten met familie en mantelzorgers, waarbij je hun bet...
