Ben jij een Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige en heb je schoolgaande kinderen? Dan hebben wij de perfect oplossing voor je!

Respect is op zoek naar zorgprofessionals die gedurende schooltijden willen werken. Zo kun jij je kind(eren) op je gemak naar school brengen én uit school halen. Geen gedoe meer met oppas en opvang. Je werkt tussen 09:00 uur en 14:30 uur en in de weekenden pak je de reguliere diensten op.

Samen kijken we wat het beste bij jou past op het gebied van aantal uren per week en afdeling. Bij Respect hebben wij verschillende afdelingen, waaronder gespecialiseerde somatische en PG-afdelingen. Je werkt in een afdelingsteam. Samen met jouw collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het totaalpakket aan werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort:

- Samen met je collega’s stel je een zorg- en leefplan op voor de cliënten

- Je voert ook de werkzaamheden uit die opgesteld staan in het zorg- en leefplan, zoals de cliënt helpen met opstaan, wassen en aankleden.

- Je begeleidt cliënten bij activiteiten en dagbestedingen. Welzijn vinden we een erg belangrijk onderdeel van de zorg bij Respect.

- Je creëert een fijne woon- en leefomgeving creëren voor de cliënten.

- Jij vindt het leuk om eventueel op een afdeling te gaan werken waarbij je leerlingen begeleidt

Waar werk je?

Je komt te werken bij een vooruitstrevende top-zorgorganisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden voer je uit op Het Uiterjoon.

Wat bieden we je aan bij Respect?

- Een salaris conform de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg. De functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep 35 (maximaal € 3.592,96 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek).

- Ben je langer dan 2 jaar gediplomeerd Verzorgende IG? Dan een salaris conform de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg ingedeeld in functiegroep 40 (maximaal € 3.864,43 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek).

- Ben je Verpleegkundige? Dan ontvang je een salaris conform CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg ingedeeld in funct
