Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en biedt ondersteuning aan cliënten die te maken hebben met psychische, lichamelijke en sociale veranderingen die gepaard gaan met ouder worden. Met jouw zorgzame houding en oog voor detail help je cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven, waarbij je een belangrijke rol speelt in hun begeleiding en verzorging. Wat je gaat doen: - Ondersteuning bieden: uitvoeren van zorg ondersteunende activiteiten vanuit een herstelgerichte benadering. - Verzorging: uitvoeren van huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en ADL-taken met aandacht voor de wensen van de cliënt. - Medicatie: begeleiden bij het uitreiken van medicatie en signaleren van eventuele bijzonderheden. - Signaleren: tijdig opmerken van veranderingen in de situatie van cliënten en hierop adequaat reageren. - Samenwerken: actief deelnemen aan overleggen en kennis delen binnen het multidisciplinaire team. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris tussen € 2888,- en € 3917,- (FWG 40), gebaseerd op een werkweek van 36 uur. - Een tijdelijk contract van 6 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging. - Parttime mogelijkheden vanaf 24 uur per week, met aandacht voor een goede werk-privébalans. - Fijne arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao GGZ, inclusief een persoonlijk budget, vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding. - Een inspirerende werkomgeving op een prachtig landgoed in Castricum, met moderne faciliteiten en beweegtuinen. - Ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling, kennisdeling en eigen inbreng binnen een multidisciplinair team.
