Over de organisatie Bij Zorggroep Zaanstreek hebben we korte lijnen, een hecht team en veel ruimte voor jouw inbreng. Bij ons draait het om mensgerichte zorg, waarbij wij de natuur zoveel mogelijk naar binnen halen en met volop aandacht voor activiteiten die ouderen blij maken. De twee locaties waaruit Zorggroep Zaanstreek bestaan zijn: Mennistenerf en Pennemes, vlakbij het centrum van Zaandam, schuin tegenover elkaar.

Voor onze locatie Mennistenerf zijn wij op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG. 👵De bewoners die je bij ons ontmoet zijn ouderen met een psychogeriatrische achtergrond (PG), zoals dementie. Zij hebben behoefte aan structuur, veiligheid en nabijheid, maar ook aan gezelligheid en kleine momenten van plezier.

Het werken met deze doelgroep is mooi, maar soms ook complex. Bewoners kunnen wisselend reageren door stemmingsveranderingen of desoriëntatie. Dit vraagt van jou als zorgprofessional geduld, creativiteit en het vermogen om goed aan te voelen wat iemand op dat moment nodig heeft. Soms gaat het om rust en nabijheid, soms om een vrolijke activiteit of een kort gesprek om iemand weer op zijn gemak te stellen.

Juist die afwisseling maakt het werken op onze locaties zo bijzonder. Je krijgt de ruimte om écht te kijken naar de persoon achter de zorgvraag en samen met collega’s oplossingen te vinden, ook in uitdagende situaties. De voldoening zit in de kleine successen: een glimlach, een stukje herkenning of een bewoner die zich weer even thuis voelt.
