Als Verzorgende IG ben jij een belangrijke steun en toeverlaat voor onze bewoners. Met jouw zorg, aandacht en betrokkenheid draag je bij aan hun veiligheid, welzijn en levenskwaliteit.Over Ronssehof Ronssehof is volop in ontwikkeling en groeit door als kennis- en expertisecentrum voor Revalidatie en Herstel. Tegelijk blijven we een warme en prettige woonomgeving bieden aan bewoners met een indicatie voor verpleeghuiszorg. Voor deze laatste zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. We hechten veel waarde aan een passende woon-, zorg- en behandelomgeving en werken met aandacht voor het therapeutisch klimaat. Ook zijn we een aantrekkelijke werk- en opleidingsplek. De herinrichting van Ronssehof en de verhuizing van cliënten naar de hoogbouw (etage 2 t/m 5) sluiten hier mooi op aan.Wat ga je doen als Verzorgende IG (PG)? Als Verzorgende IG werk je op de PG‑afdeling Wafelbakker van Ronssehof. Je biedt dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners met dementie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het toedienen van medicatie • Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen • Ondersteunen bij wassen, aankleden en dagelijkse verzorging • Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn • Samen met collega's opstellen, volgen en evalueren van zorgplannen Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het leven van onze bewoners en bouwt een warme, vertrouwde band met hen op.

Functie-eisen: Wat breng jij mee? • Een afgeronde mbo niveau 3 opleiding Verzorgende IG • Affiniteit met de ouderenzorg en bij voorkeur met PG‑zorg • Relevante werkervaring is fijn, maar geen vereiste Heb je nog geen diploma of ervaring, maar wél interesse in de zorg? Ook dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren. We kijken graag samen naar opleidingsmogelijkheden of een meeloopmoment.
