Locatie Arnhem Stichting DrieGasthuizenGroep Wat jouw werk als Verzorgende IG zo bijzonder maakt Op de PG-afdeling zorg je voor mensen met dementie. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners én hun naasten. Natuurlijk bied je professionele zorg, maar je kijkt vooral naar de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je kent de bewoners door en door, merkt subtiele veranderingen op en weet precies wanneer iemand behoefte heeft aan actie, aandacht of juist rust. Samen met collega's, behandelaren en familie stem je af om te ontdekken wat werkt. Hoe ziet dat eruit in de praktijk? - Een bewoner gedraagt zich anders dan normaal. Jij merkt dit meteen op, onderzoekt wat er speelt en schakelt de juiste zorg in. - Weigert een bewoner zorg? Jij kijkt verder dan het gedrag en zoekt naar een benadering die wél aanslaat. - Een kort gesprek, een grapje of een vertrouwd ritueel: jij weet van kleine momenten waardevolle herinneringen te maken. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en begeleidt leerlingen en stagiaires in de zorg. - Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en denkt actief mee over het opstellen, bijstellen en uitvoeren ervan. Je signaleert, rapporteert en bespreekt jouw bevindingen in het team. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien Bij DrieGasthuizenGroep krijg je ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Bijvoorbeeld richting verpleegkunde of een specialisatie binnen de ouderenzorg. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons: - Een salaris tussen € 2.663,54 - € 3.592,96 bruto per maand bij 36 uur (FWG 35, CAO VVT juli 2026). - Een contract tussen de 16 en 32 uur per week (uren in overleg). - Een tijdelijk dienstverband met de intentie voor een vast contract. - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Pensioen en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. - Een team waarin jouw ideeën welkom zijn.
