Voor onze pg-afdeling Struisenburg zoeken wij een betrokken verzorgende IG die samen met collega's de beste zorg wil bieden aan onze bewoners. Als verzorgende IG ondersteun en begeleid je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse zorg en activiteiten. Je voert verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, stemt samen met je collega's de zorg af op de specifieke situatie van de bewoner, waarbij hun wensen centraal staan. Je signaleert veranderingen in de zorgvraag en reageert daar snel op. Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en verdere professionalisering van de zorg. Daarnaast begeleid je leerlingen en stagiaires, zodat zij enthousiast worden én blijven voor ons mooie vak. Op afdeling Struisenburg werk je in een warm en gedreven team dat met veel liefde en aandacht klaarstaat voor bewoners met dementie. Jij hebt een warm hart, een scherpe blik en een luisterend oor. Daardoor zie je wat bewoners nodig hebben en weet je goed aan te sluiten bij hun wensen en behoeften. Wij zoeken een collega voor 12 tot 16 uur per week die samen met ons het verschil wil maken voor onze bewoners. Wat vinden wij belangrijk in onze nieuwe collega? - Je hebt het diploma Verzorgende IG behaald en een hart voor de ouderenzorg. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om dag-, avond-, weekend- én nachtdiensten te draaien. - Je hebt een open en leergierige houding, staat graag open voor ontwikkeling en nieuwe inzichten. Je kunt doorgroeien naar EVV of verpleegkundige. - Je weet onze bewoners op een positieve manier te stimuleren en te motiveren. - Je kunt goed observeren, situaties snel inschatten en hier adequaat naar handelen. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft...
